Reviews and Ratings
My recent stay at Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa was a mix of highs and lows. The beautiful grounds and impressive dining were notable, but the lack of attention in some facilities was disappointing. While I experienced excellent customer service, some amenities didn't live up to the luxury I expected.
I was really looking forward to my stay, especially for our anniversary, but it didn't quite hit the mark. The rooms were decent but nothing extraordinary, while the service left a lot to be desired with unhelpful staff and miscommunications. The dining experience was also underwhelming, given the price we paid. On the bright side, the grounds were beautiful, and the spa had great treatments, but overall, it felt like we could have found better value elsewhere.
I had high hopes for my stay at Omni Scottsdale, especially looking forward to a relaxing spa getaway. While the hotel's architecture and amenities had their moments, there were several service mishaps that significantly detracted from the experience, particularly with the spa and room service. Overall, it was a mixed experience, not quite living up to the expectations set by its reputation.
My stay at Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa At Montelucia had its highlights, like the stunning landscaping and attentive staff, but it was significantly marred by noise from mechanical equipment outside my room. Although the beautiful surroundings made up for some flaws, the noise pollution was a major detractor, affecting my sleep and overall experience.
I had an overall impressive stay at the Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa, thanks to the attentive staff and stunning views of Camelback Mountain. The luxurious pool area and Joya Spa were highlights, but unfortunately, my room experience was marred by noise issues and some maintenance concerns. While the service was commendable, there were instances where details seemed overlooked.
My stay at the Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia was a mix of highs and lows. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, which made my experience enjoyable. On the downside, the main pool needed a good cleaning, and some amenities were not well maintained, like the Jacuzzis and pool chairs. Overall, while the beauty of the grounds and quality of dining were highlights, I felt there were several maintenance issues that should be addressed. 🌴💧
I had an incredible stay, enjoying the stunning decor and serene ambiance of the resort. The rooms were beautifully appointed and the restaurant offerings exceeded my expectations. However, my experience was marred by a frustrating spa scheduling issue that disrupted my relaxation plans. Overall, it was a delightful visit, and I'm eager to return for a longer stay.
I had high hopes for my stay, especially with a girls getaway package, but it didn’t quite meet my expectations. While the property itself is beautiful, and the spa treatments have potential, the service left something to be desired. I encountered several setbacks, including missed amenities and disappointing dining experiences. The room itself was nice, but the noise levels from the pool area were a nuisance early in the morning.
The resort is beautiful with stunning views and an impressive layout. However, the overall experience was marred by service inconsistencies and unexpected fees. While the spa and pools are delightful, the dining experiences left much to be desired, and the room quality did not meet my expectations based on past visits.
